I am my fathers daughter so to speak. He was a professional painter, so I guess I learned from the best. I remember him “letting me clean his brushes,” then learning how to roll a roller full of paint without leaving a line. The next lesson was using the edge of the brush to cut in a straight line as the real test! Back then I didn’t know how I would use those skills until I co-owned a construction company. I did everything from roofing, tiling, drywall and for sure I painted a THOUSANDS square feet of new paint on these jobs. It’s very creative work that I could never become tired of. I love putting on some great music (usually in my earpieces if you’re home. You might even catch me dancing when I step back to look at a finished point) and changing up a room to see what it wants to become.

In 1998 I started doing complete room makeovers with my house cleaning clients. I used FengShi techniques and organized their spaces too.
